Technologies would beat a path to the residential door if that upload speed was equal to the down. A personal cyberspace product would then be in everyone's hands, irrespective of any native intelligence for electronic architecture. National voting would be freed from monetary corruption. La la la. The list of productive relations with mother nature cannot be adequately listed if such a bottleneck were removed; because that list would be endless. In the meantime venture capitalists will lurk in the shadows enticing innocent self promoting citizens into their lairs. Gravestones are just as permanent as the backbone.
